On this particular evening (honoring G'ma Ehman's birthday at the Mandarin) G'pa wrote the order on the kids' hands so we could remember it all. Almond Chicken. Singapore Noodles. 5 Taste Shrimp and Orange Peel Beef. Several other favorites recorded on their paws. Necessary? No. Memorable? Absolutely.
