10%

You can't see it right now, but I'm wearing a very pouty face.

And it ain't pretty.

See, I had a party of sorts - a kind of social gathering.

But only 4 people showed up.

I know at least 40 people got the invitation.  I know because my sitemeter says so.

And only 4 people showed up.

Amy in Washington, Lori in the next neighborhood over, Amy in Bountiful, and Britni in Minnesota.  Friends who are frequent visitors and people who I like to visit as well.

But that's only 4.

4 out of 40.

10%.

(Pouty face in full force now)

So, here is another pathetic plea to all my friends, family, friendly stalkers, or random passerbyers.

Please claim your dot.  And if you don't know what I mean by "dot" click here and you'll be enlightened.

Please, pretty please, with a strawberry on top? (I don't like cherries)

(Yes, this still includes you, former college roommate, who lives way up north....M.H.!)

(And who is out there in London?  3 of those invitations went out to you.  My son's name is Brittan - doesn't that connect us somehow?)

Hi, I'm Jana Jensen from Cardston, AB. Canada. I'm an old high school friend of Jeff's. I came across your blog on Rita's site and have thoroughly enjoyed reading about you and your families adventures. You are an excellent writer and express yourself and your feelings very well and I am often inspired and uplifted by your messages and sometimes it's just great entertainment or comic relief. Someday maybe I'll get up the courage to put myself "out there" in cyberspace and start a blog myself. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I just saw your message today. Have a great day and keep on blogging!

Mother-in-law Ann - I stalk all of my children' and in-laws blogs so I can keep up on the family news. You are an incredible writer and daughter-in-law. Love you all.

Ok. I'm feeling the guilt. But I'm not from one of the "exotic" locations you are after... just a couple neighborhoods over from you. (And this is needs to go on record as the SECOND time to leave a comment.) And also for the record, I WISH it was me that was in one of the more far away places...(does it count that I was born and raised in Alberta? Didn't think so.)

Hi, my name is Cynthia and I stalk your blog. Don't be afraid, I'm actually a nice person. And cute. And fun. I'm a friend of Amy (and Brent's) from college. I have been reading your blog for the past few months and have to admit, on more than one occasion I've thought that if we were in the same ward, we would be great pals. I have a 1-yr-old boy as well, and I would have happily stood tall (5'10) with you in the Disneyland pics! I enjoy your blog greatly. Keep up the good work!!
